We charge a standard shipping fee to all stated locations on the website, in Nigeria. However, an extra charge of N700 may apply to items above 2.0kg.

DELIVERY PROCESS

HOW IT WORKS:

We ship from Monday through Saturday. Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners bring the assigned parcels to you at the earliest possible time. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or contact number, they will contact us to resolve the issue.

However, If your order surpasses the estimated time frame for arrival, please update us immediately.

PACKAGING AND DAMAGE

HERMOSAMARTNG maintains a very high level of quality control. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about our packaging. Furthermore, less than 0.3% products we ship are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process (ESPECIALLY FOR OUTSIDE LAGOS DELIVERIES), each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
