Where is my order?

Please check your order confirmation email. This will tell you how long your order should take. You will receive a tracking reference which you can use to monitor the delivery depending on your location.

When will I receive my order?

For Lagos deliveries, except distant locations, drop off is scheduled for 1-3 business days.
For farther locations/outskirts, 2-4 business days.
For outside Lagos deliveries, 2-5 business days.

Please note that the above shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Sometimes there may be delays – e.g. carrier delays, logistics, bad weather or things out of our control. Our team can be reached via our contact us page with any further queries you have.

Why don't you offer untracked/park shipping?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer untracked shipping due to a high number of orders going missing in transit. We want to ensure all orders reach customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Are your products genuine?

Yes, all of our beauty products are authentic and sourced from the manufacturing company or reliable suppliers (tested, verified by law or trusted) located in the countries we purchase from.

I have changed my mind, can I return a product and receive a refund or exchange?

Please be advised that some orders, especially within Lagos, are processed immediately after completion and it will not be possible to cancel.
However, please contact us at support@hermosamart.ng within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued within 2-7 working days with a 10% charge or as coupons.

There is an issue with my product or I have had the incorrect products arrive, what do I do?

We are sorry hear that! Please contact us on whatsapp immediately within 24 hours of receiving and we will be happy to help. Please note that items extended over the period of 24 hours can not be exchanged or returned

What is your return/refund policy?

In line with our company goals to ensure we provide the best service to our clients, all items undergo quality control before they are shipped out.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if a product has been used, broken, opened or devalued in any way by the buyer.

However, in cases where returns may be made as earlier stated, proof of purchase is required, as well as item returned to the provided address unopened and in original packaging.

Do I get free gifts?

Free gifts/testers are usually limited in quantity. If they are out of stock at the time of shipment, they may not be included in package.
